Database Trials

The library needs your help in deciding what new databases should be added to our online collection. We are currently trying out almost 20 databases including digitized historic newspapers, manuscript collections covering topics ranging from witchcraft to the Vietnam War, and digitized Congressional hearings dating back to the 1830s.

The budget is limited so we won't be able to fund more than a few of these -- your feedback is essential in figuring out which are the most important.

Links to the trials and further information can be found on the Database Trials page. The trials will be up at least until the end of January. Please use the evaluation forms included on the trials page to provide your feedback or email me directly at mudrock@uw.edu

Database trials are open to current UW faculty, staff & students.
