Database Trials: British Periodicals and British Newspapers

The Library needs your help in evaluating two possible databases for purchase. The databases provide fulltext coverage of historic British magazines and newspapers.

• British Periodicals Collection -- more than 400 magazines dating from the 17th through early 20th century [this database was on trial in 2007]
• British Historic Newspapers -- Guardian, Observer, Irish Times and Scotsman
