Beginning Monday, April 30th, the UW Libraries is testing an expanded version of the catalog which will include the UW Libraries, Summit Libraries (most academic libraries in Washington and Oregon), OCLC Worldcat (more than 50,000 research libraries) and article citations.
Features initially include a single search box, relevancy ranking of search results, result sets that bring multiple versions of a work together, limiting by format, citation and cover art. This beta catalog is under development and so will change and improve over time.
Give it a try and let the Libraries know what you think. Your comments and suggestions will help us make improvements.
